Our Story

SGS Bake Shop started the way most great things do — with a simple love for bringing people together over good food. What began as a passion became Mason, Tennessee's favorite neighborhood bakeshop, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

We set up in a beautifully renovated former post office on 12151 Main Street in 2025. That building had been the center of the community for decades, and we wanted to keep that spirit alive in a new way. Instead of mail, we deliver banana pudding and buttercream.

Everything we make is done by hand, in small batches. We believe in real ingredients, honest portions, and the kind of baking that makes a house smell like home. No shortcuts. No pre-made mixes. Just baking the way it's supposed to be done.

Our cupcakes have become something of a signature, but we're proud of everything that comes out of our kitchen — from custom celebration cakes to our scratch-made banana pudding that people drive across the county for.
